GPRMC One of Best Places to Work

For the third year in a row Great Plains Regional Medical Center has been selected as one of the 30 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma by OKCBusiness, Best Companies Group and their participating sponsors.

“This is a tremendous honor for all of the team members at Great Plains,” said Robin E. Lake, CEO of Great Plains Regional Medical Center.

“To win two years in a row was amazing, but to win three years in a row, it’s just unbelievable. All the credit goes to every one of our team members. Day in and day out they make Great Plains the incredible hospital it is. It’s their attitude and work ethic that makes our hospital such a great place.”

Bill Bleakley, President and CEO of OKCBusiness, notified GPRMC of its selection by letter earlier today.

The process leading to the selection of a company for the 30 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma is a detailed one. Each company must meet various criteria to be considered. The major scoring for each company comes from a survey filled out by each employee and tabulated by OKCBusiness. On average, five out of six team members are surveyed by OKCBusiness for the competition.

OKCBusiness will release the rankings for this year’s 30 Best Places to Work at a banquet on May 1st.
